It’s my 20th day of eraser collecting, and I’ve spent 50 bucks already! The amount was very low until I started collecting decorative erasers..why Japan why are your cute stuff so expensive!!!

Every weekend I bring back a new batch of erasers LOL, and this time, I brought back alot! Because city hall area is eraser heeeelllll… I didn’t get them all yet (budget issues LOL) so next time I’m going to get them all!
This is Tombo MONO’s smart eraser! It’s a slim eraser for erasing answers on the optical answer sheet. I saw the Rilakkuma’s one and snugged that as well.
And yay! The Stationary Superstore in Funan sold the blue MONO Sumikko Gurashi eraser as well, completed the collection!
Oh and finally I got my hands on Matomaru-kun erasers! These are the Rilakkuma and Shirasu-tai ones hehe. (I’m a fan of Shirasu-tai LOL) I hope to be able to get the ‘default’ Matomaru-kun erasers too! But I’ve yet to see them in Singapore :(
Lastly.. Literally my biggest find yet! Huge MONO eraser! Compare it with the smallest one omgggg It’s really hugeeeee!!

A nice long post today~
At popular I saw these Sumikko Gurashi erasers.. cannot resist hehe, and thus this starts my collection of decorative white erasers ^^
Those little white blocks are so expensive!! But no regrets XD, and among the three erasers I bought today, this little guy is my proudest buy.
YES SUMIKKO GURASHI X TOMBO MONO!! I really didn’t expect to see this in Singapore, so I was really happy hehe, and an eraser made from a stationary company feels nicer for some reason haha, I really want the blue one now!
Ohh and this one, apparently you can open the flap. I somewhat knew that, but what I didn’t expect is there is a little critter inside! And there are 3 different ones.. oh man Japan, seriously, even eraser gacha? X’D But I’m kinda anal about the plastic wrappings being unwrapped, so I didn’t open it.. but I managed to peek inside and I got the Tonkatsu one!:’D

And these erasers, I didn’t buy them, my grandmother got them from a community centre event. These kind of erasers were really popular in Singapore last time, where kids stapled the bottom of these erasers and started spinning them. See whose eraser can spin the longest!
Oh and tragic mama eraser, really delicate like a lady’s finger.. you cannot use this eraser roughly X’D else it’ll end up like mine… But this eraser is similar to Pentel’s soft hi-polymer, good erasing power, the eraser dust clumps up and it is a mess-free eraser, but it tends to break easily, so it is not really my favourite eraser.

Instead of manually adding to my List, I’ve created a google spreadsheet! You can see the brand, date and place I bought them, country of manufacture and the prices of the erasers. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (unless stated.)

After extending my range to decorative erasers, I’ve been thinking to expand my collection range again, for those eraser packs, I’m thinking of keeping them in packs X’D And I’m thinking of getting the same erasers with different sizes too, seem quite cool too hehe. Oh, collectors’ hearts are never satisfied with what they have haha
And finally uploaded a proper icon and header image! Yay no more default images hahaha
Oh, and I was thinking of creating a twitter too! I’ll see about that..

Surfing the net, I realised there are freaking tons of white erasers, and sometimes I wonder if I will regret starting this collection. But I think it is because I’m overwhelmed by the number of erasers, and thus I’m kinda hesitating right now.
Thinking about it, I shall not be hasty, and if I ever get to see new erasers, then I’ll buy them haha. So many places I haven’t gone yet, such as muji, art friend, tokyu hands? and also some I haven’t got from popular and kino. I’m thinking if I want to collect the decorative erasers as well.
I should just get what I want to get eh, hehe. But I’m hesitating to get those in packs, because I’ll get a shit ton of repeats. I’ll have a life time supply of erasers to use, LOL

Went eraser shopping again, and the beginning of collection is really tough because there is just so many to get. Have many extras now because some sell in packs X’D
And new erasers means new posts! Will make em later!
And this!!! I saw this in daiso omg. It’s white block eraser heaven. Haha but I dont think I’ll ever need that many of the same erasers, so I just took a photo for memory hehee
I think I can do eraser reviews with the extra erasers LOL and some of the existing ones I’m using too. If I have time I’ll start making proper review posts!
Oh and I shall make a list of the prices of the erasers, so I know how much I’ve spent, and just for the record hehe~ I’ll be astonished on how much money I’ve thrown on these little white blocks!

Talking about functionality, they are all pretty good erasers, but the mars plastic one produces ALOT of eraser dust and the daiso one is abit hard to use at times because it has alot of friction LOL it is great for erasing color eno mechanical pencils tho~
the muji eraser is my favourite one to use among these!

Tomorrow I have decided to go eraser shopping.
For erasers that I can buy from popular, I have decided to wait till when they have a sale till I buy.
I’m going to visit Daiso and Muji tomorrow for more erasers. And maybe isetan. I have a Muji eraser but I think they’ve changed their packaging, so I shall get the one with new packaging too.
Oh, and Art Friend should have a great range of erasers too, shall visit there too!
Tokyu hands may sell erasers but I dont think they have an extensive range. Same goes to Kinokuniya.
I wonder how the Stationary Superstore at Funan fares?
Oh and the minimart downstairs should have erasers too!
